NCAS Inter Counties Team shoots – 2/3 October 2021

Following discussions across the Region as to whether these shoots should take place given the lack of shooting archers have had in the past 16 months, the Committee had a vote to decide. The vote was to carry on with the shoots in 2021 and I can confirm that these will take place in York on the weekend of 2 & 3 October 2021 in York, at the Hopgrove Sports Fields in York. The home of York Archers.

I am fully aware that this decision will not meet the approval of all Counties but I would like to think all Counties will support its archers who want to shoot.

Saturday 2 October 2021 is the NCAS Junior Individual Championships coupled with the NCAS County Team Match

Counties are invited to send a maximum of 15 archers across the 4 bow disciplines and there are awards, individual and team, in all those disciplines.

Sunday 3 October 2021 is the NCAS Seniors County Team Match

Counties are invited to send a team of 16 archers. 8 Ladies and 8 Gents, 2 archers from each bow discipline.

All information will be sent out to County Secretaries in the next few weeks. The usual process is to obtain a Team entry from each County but should any individual wish to obtain details then please do not hesitate to drop me an email.
